The official launch party of the Chevrolet Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix, the Grand Prixmiere is an unforgettable evening of scrumptious food, big auction prizes and entertainment. This summer chic gala brings Grand Prix race supporters together with Belle Isle Park supporters to celebrate the island gem. This annual gathering, in support of the Belle Isle Conservancy, brings together Grand Prix enthusiasts and Belle Isle Park supporters to celebrate the beauty of Belle Isle. Racing onto the local event scene in 2012, the Grand Prixmiere has quickly become one of Detroit’s most talked about events with more than 500 attendees enjoying an unforgettable evening on Belle Isle Park overlooking the magnificent Scott Memorial Fountain.

The last several years have been hugely successful in raising funds for the Belle Isle Conservancy and it is all thanks to the unprecedented support from our colleagues and the local business community. To date, more than $2.5 million has been generated to renew, improve, and operate the Belle Isle Aquarium, and support other restoration and improvement projects on the 982-acre island park.
